hi, i am a single father with 4 year old and 6 year old. my problem, where to begin. the kids mom (use that term loosely) left us 3 years ago. behind on every bill, mortgage payment you name it. but i got it together and got everything caught back up aside from the mortgage. so i started working with the mortgage company, my payment went from 620.00 a month to 1500.00 a month for 6 months got that paid off only to find out that i owed them more. long story short been trying to get this worked out for 3 years with no luck and now behind again. i want to refinance but they "can't do it, i dont qualify" i have no family support or help with kids so im late for work every day. im at the end of my rope with this, im trying to stay strong for the kids, but its all getting to me. im going to lose my house and if that happens i could lose my kids, and that would be the end for me. any advice or sources of help, ideas anything at this point would be great. anything else just ask. thanks for reading
